Reviews
A hidden gem that is worth a visit.
The chefs creativity with the menu is so intentional it creates the most beautiful and delicious meals.
The cocktail menu is also creative and offers something for everyone. Fun Mocks are also available.
Wonderful dining experience from beginning to end.
Ordered the peppers, peaches and burrata, trout, eton mess, and a few other things between us. Zero proof cocktails were ultra refreshing. The eton mess (strawberry, ice cream, meringue thing) is one of the best desserts I've ever tried, and I eat a lot of dessert.
The entire wait staff was welcoming, helpful, and attentive.
My absolute place favorite place to dine, not only in NoCo but anywhere. The atmosphere is wonderful, and warm and fun and relaxed. But you also feel like you could be in any big city anywhere—it’s chic and relaxed at the same time. We started coming here because I was homesick for Seattle dining after moving to the area three years ago—but now we love it because it reminds us of home, here! Thank you Little On Mountain 🫶🏼
Mussels- good size, great flavor with the coconut sauce and the lemongrass.
Tostada- octopus is plentiful and tasty, salsa negra great along with the guacamole and other greens.
Tagliatelle- pasta was al dente, the morel mushrooms were very meaty. The sliced truffle is a good accent. Peas were a little undercooked but manageable.
Desserts,
Eclair- split in between vanilla ice cream on chocolate with sprinkles. Good flavor
The other I can not remember but there is a picture of it here. It was ok.... not eclair good but solid
Drinks,
Lemon drop martini's... great!
Brunch is off the charts good!
We had the Chilaquilas and the egg sandwich. Also had a couple of their pastries. The place is just has everything dialed in.
Overall,
Food is good, the staff is a finely tuned machine that works well in a very small space. There is a lot of energy inside. The staff is friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. They have 12 items total on their dinner menu and there is nothing on there that we will not try on the future.
Update 2023: staff has gone down hill, not situationally aware and not helpful... paying for a reservation? Lame.. ( this is NOT tavern on the green people) how to ruin a great place? Continue to do what you are doing.👎👎👎
Easily, the best restaurant in Fort Collins/NoCo. Simple yet ambitious menu, it's a one pager, as it should. Everything is at the highest standard.
Fabulous ambiance, excellent service, alluring wine/cocktail list, open architecture/inviting kitchen, team approach on every aspect of service, ...delicios oysters, pastries, salmon and espresso drinks.
The folks next to me had the pork chop and short rib, looked amazing, will definitely be back. ...and, now, already have been back, twice, updating notes at this moment.
Everything is divine here! Especially the olives and the after dinner drink options - cannot recommend enough. I love how they had so many amari, and also a chinato. The cannoli were great, too - the filling was lighter than other ameri an restaurants. Service was also great. 10/10 would recommend!
We had a delicious and lovely meal of oysters, lobster pumpkin soup, lemongrass mussels and greens at the Chef's counter. It was fun to watch Steven work his magic preparing dishes and prepping. Nicole was by far the best server we have had there. She was welcoming with kind and friendly demeanor and took great care of us. She made us feel appreciated we had come in. Servers and greeters we've had in the past should take notes from her, as we were apprehensive about returning because of previous service. It was such a pleasant dining experience last night and we're grateful.
The service was extremely attentive. Our server Sarah was wonderful! All the food came out perfectly cooked. I had the duck and it is definitely worth every penny! Amazing local restaurant, 10/10. Go give this place a taste!!
